Since 1977, Wayne Goshkarian has been a trailblazer in the insurance industry. A member National Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Life Underwriters, Wayne has earned numerous accolades throughout his distinguished career – including honors from the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and the elite Top of the Table.

Wayne has been a featured speaker at major industry conferences such as NAPES and MI², and his insights have been published in respected outlets including Life Insurance Selling, The Business Journal, Nations Business, Employee Benefit News, and Workforce Magazine.

A Global Start

In the early 1980s, Wayne joined Mutual of New York in Oxford, England, where he was exposed to the early development of financial planning for Americans living abroad—well before it became widely adopted. This global, planning-first perspective continues to shape how we serve employers and their workforces today.

We begin every engagement by understanding goals and needs before recommending solutions. While much of the industry remains product-driven, we believe better outcomes come from seeing the full financial picture first.

Voluntary Benefits & Communication

By the early 1990s, Wayne identified untapped potential in the voluntary benefits (VB) market, an area often overlooked by traditional brokers. Guided by a people-first philosophy rooted in integrity and transparency, he helped redefine how benefits were marketed and communicated.

At the time, employees were being offered benefits without understanding them. In 1994, Wayne collaborated to develop Benefit Communication for core and voluntary benefits, well before this approach became an accepted industry practice nearly a decade later. The first case was a large Las Vegas casino, reinforcing a lesson that remains relevant today: education drives engagement and value.

In 1999, he turned his attention to web-based core and voluntary benefit enrollments, including self-service and call center models.
